Teemo offers nothing to any sort of team composition.

You can talk about his shrooms and how they gain map control but look at the full picture and see what he actually does. That's right, nothing. All he does is be an annoying little shit to your top laner until the jungler comes.

Play ANYTHING other than Teemo and they'd still be far more useful to teams. "but he can blind the adc in teamfights to win the game" If 4 other people can't stop that from happening, I don't know what to say then. Compare his blind to someone with real CC.

I want something to happen with Teemo where he isn't bad.

teemo is very good . Part of the trick to teemo is not to shroom up the entire area and have them true vision clear it. Teemos shroom slows and damage are incredibly strong and can do like 70% of an adcs health late game.

I would pick teemo as a counter to certain champs

Teemo isn't bad. He has one of strongest laning phase + safest in game. He is one of the most oppressive laner anyone will really ever face top lane. He shouldn't be good for the entire game length, though he does really good damage throughout every phase of the game.

I'd say Teemo is really good in like every phase of the game. Lategame he can shutdown ADCs, his shrooms can destroy tanks, and he has a very good objective control with shrooms.

What teemo is good at is that he can be the strategist to basically control the entire map with his rightly placed shrooms. Good teemos will understand where people will walk often and will make sure to leave a deadly trap there. Then you can take objectivies with not much contest because of shrooms being everywhere baron or something.

So yeah. Teemo is a good champ to play. I don't think he is weak. He has many diverse builds that can work against many comps. Teemo's blind is targetted cc and that is really strong. It makes the ADC useless lategame or forces them to buy QSS.
