Does Draven's Q Benefit from "Sorcery" Mastery

A couple months ago, it was bugged and was giving increased damage on empowered auto-attacks and basic attacks. A red posted in a thread about it, and saw. I haven't tested it since then, but I haven't seen it mentioned in the patch notes that it was fixed.

Damage amplification applies to all active abilities. Including the bonus damage from activated autoattack enhanced abilities and abilities that apply on-hit effects. Take that as you will

so does yas benefit from Q? and gankplank benefit from Q? with Sorcery mastery?
