This was all during the Client Freezing my game as well.
Can vouch, was eating Nachos and spectating.
Find a New game to play, this company is fucking foul now, they punish players for THEIR connection issues, and Patch Bugs, read this Chat log from support ticket word for word.

I went back and investigated on my own. I can see that you AFK'd from about minute 24 to minute 26. This is what caused the system to flag you.

wasnt afk, in my ticket to the link I clearly stated my client freezed, and I saw movement, but could not input controlling, so can you reverse, it was client base, and not my fault if I did afk for 1 minute.

I play HOTS more now, Zul'jin is bascially draven on there, and let me tell you...
getting free 20 heroes for just turning on the game, is whole lot better than getting fucked over from a rework one
but back on topic, it's clear the League of apocalypse and is pulling an no man sky.
wouldn't be surprise if all they do know is realize bullshit cosmetic skin, and pretty champions from now on.

Getting reported for AFK does not trigger LeaverBuster. LeaverBuster is an automated system that flags you if you AFK for an extended period of time.
The LeaverBuster system will target players who leave games whether it was intentional or not. For this reason, we will not remove a LeaverBuster punishment. I'm sure you've felt what it was like when a player left a game leaving you to fight 4v5. It sucks right? We understand real life things happen that's why it's designed to not be too harsh when starting. Continuing to leave games will result in scaling low-priority queue restrictions that will increase the time you have to wait. The only way to remove the LeaverBuster status is to play games from start to finish without interruptions.
If you are having connection issues or encountering bugs, I recommend you download the Hextech Repair Tool, which can diagnose and potentially resolve issues on its own:
