Sorry. I've asked riot in person, removing creep block will ruin the game bc spaghetti code.

Creep Block is fair when you are being blocked by enemy minions unfair when it is your own. Turn off unit collision for ally minions.

I've always wondered why they don't just make champions shove minions aside. Comparatively (in terms of theme) most champions are godlike anyway, so why not?
