Camera Zoom Option

Dear Riot, Could we please have an option to zoom the camera out a little? I'd like to play with a locked camera so I can dedicated my mouse to micro rather than panning the camera around, but with all the dashey dashey and high speed, or long ranged skill shots most champions' "circles of threat" far exceed the field of view allotted by a centered camera. It seems that you support the notion that making critical information conveniently accessible to gamers so they can focus more on strategy and and mechanics is desirable, hence the new jungle timers and clarity updates. I don't know if this would be a dangerous thing to toy with but I do believe that while the default FOV may have been appropriate for the game's release, things have changed and we need to be able to see more of what is around us. Riot still hasnt fixed the issue of sight loss if youre on the red side bot/mid top its not so much of an issue but it still sucks having your HUD cut off 10% of your already crappy vision

I still have no idea why the camera is zoomed in so fucking much. How am I supposed to know what's going on if I have less than a quarter of a second to react to something?

Take a lesson from the game series that spawned the genre that created League in the first place, and ZOOM OUT.

They have? That sounds to me like they want to implement tunnel vision. There is a difference between Fog of War and Field of View. A responsible laner who wards gank paths should have an advantage agaist ganks. I agree that granting more FOV would significantly hinder junglers when ganking tunnel visioning laners, but I think keeping the camera zoomed is just an unhealthy way to go about game balance. The camera zoom needs to be fixed, then adjust junglers accordingly. Big project? Maybe, but I think its a necessary one.
