Some Zilean Suggestions

I'm sure riot is watching the new Zilean closely and I hope they are aware of the problems with his Q but I just want to lay out everything I have noticed and make a few suggestions to improve his gameplay. I really, realllly loved this champion and was quite affected by his recent changes so here are my thoughts.

Bugs:

Time Bombs stickiness seems delayed sometimes. You can land a bomb right on an enemy champion and they sometimes just walk out of it or its sticks to a minion instead.

Pantheon and other global teleporting champs can sometimes leave bombs that were stuck to them behind on the floor.

Suggestions to smooth out Zileans gameplay:

Remove or reduce the internal cooldowns that make his QWQ combo take so long to pull off. It takes about 1 - 1.5 seconds to get the second bomb out there. That is a looong time especially when the first bomb detonates after only 3 seconds.

Make the skill shot radius just a tiny bit wider. It seems ridiculously small for his only source of damage to be so easily missed. When I compare it to a Xerath w (only one of his 4 damaging abilities) it makes me want to cry.

This is a big one. Give Zilean the double bomb if the stick range of the second bomb overlaps any part of the stick range of the first bomb. This feels much more natural to me and will make landing that double bomb so much more reliable

His new E is a joke and a blatant lie. It's probably futile to try and ask Riot to just straight up revert this change but that would be my suggestion. Zilean is a utility mage so I think it's OKAY to let him have some utility here and there especially after nerfing his damage as well. I think riot went just a little nerf happy on this one. Don't fix what isn't broken

Lastly, that ult duration? It seems like the only thing it's good for is baiting your allies into committing suicide. It needed to be seven seconds. Again, don't fix what isn't broken.
