Can I just suggest one thing (and this could probably go for a couple other people, but TF was the guy I just played and tried it with)? Can Luden's Echo apply when Stacked Deck goes off? I get I'm not CASTING a spell, but I AM using one. At the current point if Stacked Deck goes off, it neither gains stacks for Luden's Echo nor proc it at 100 stacks, and that just kinda feels weird to me.

Because there aren't already people with much more ridiculous wave clear? I mean, at least TF has to auto the minions. Unlike say the Malz I played again who can just Q one minion and sit back as they all die.

Strange. It was my first time playing TF in a while but I didn't feel any kind of man's issues even without blue and all I had was Ludens and Lichbane

Personally I've NEVER built mana regen on the guy. Granted I run Teleport instead of Ignite so I'm going B rather often but even so, blue still refunds a fair amount of mana. So long as you're using it to CS you shouldn't ever run out of mana in lane. Mid to Late, just get blue and you can spam all you want.
Anyways, as for the topic. I've gotta say that I'd prefer it to not proc off Stacked Deck. TF has one of the easiest wave clears in the game (red card 2nd melee, Q down the line = dosh). If anything this could hurt him somewhat as it could cause TF to accidentally lose Luden Echo's proc on the wrong target. I haven't played TF since the patch though, it does work with Pick a Card right? Because if it doesn't proc off of that THEN I have a problem.
