Is Swain Still stupidly Strong?

He kinda is, but Riot nerfed his ult so it has a CD if turned off. Now people can't enjoy freelo Swain anymore so they turned to other cheapo strats.

I just played a match and I facetanked most of an enemy team. Got fed and made everyone run away until lategame. He still falls off but he's crazy strong midgame, then he turns into a squishy killer/sustain tank.

He's still stupid and I love him for it.

the ult CD hurts, but he is still very strong. Roa/Rylais/Zhonya's is very strong on him.

He's pretty strong. The first time I played him I turned around every single gank since his ult was just so powerful, while he doesn't have the damage of a real mage, he's still able to blow up squishies and tanks if he has a Liandry's, deathfire touch, and a rod of ages
