guinsoo rageblade on yi a bug?

Ok so i love yi and when i play yi i spam the ability of Rageblade, here a thing i dont understand if this is a bug or if it meant to be a thing for Yi passive double tap seem to go well with two things, itself and rageblade, when double tap hits the passive counting as one and rageblade counting as two when you aa procing it off faster then any other champion in the game, and that not including hydra that counts as a aa reset. now with ideal it breaks the amount dps yi can have in fact his cap would rather look like 3.0 almost. i was thinking that what your guys plan for dps yi. which i like and love dearly but make me confuse, people claim it to not be good on yi. in fact crit aparently is claim to be better for ALL yi players, and the only thing 2 things that make it good on yi is the extra burst damage from item 3087 when crit happens (if full crit). but that it, sustain is low as damage is high and his q will come up quicker which yi dont need. Yi with rageblade can remove up to 3 seconds per second when he aa at full stack, still calling it week? then answer this, with the addition of runes masteries and a build that goes like this item 3153 item 1419 item 3812 item 3124 item 3047 (item 3074 or item 3139 or item 3072 ) now with this build and the usual rune path that will give 13.5% attack speed runes and 4% more attack speed (total 17.5%) and rageblade with ult, you get max stack from all that. so while crit has that burst 1-3 shots the other is 1-2 cause the % max hp damage % current hp damage, true damage and mobility and all that with a huge amount of sustain damage. so i was curious if this is a bug or not

It's not a bug.

I've played quite a bit yi with both playstyles, crit build allow you to powerspike a bit earlier than the on hit build, and it allows you to snowball really hard (but if you dont, it's a nightmare, it's quite an all in).

The guinsoo build powerspike one item later, is way better when facing tanks, but you have to stack a bit before going in (or have your team engage), it's harder to just straight up assassinate someone with just Q auto, also the crit build has a lot of movespeed even without ult, the on hit doesnt have any.

Both are fun to play btw. I tends to go for the crit build if they have a lot of squishies, and for the on hit when there are 2+ tanks.
