Riot, Make up your damn mind and decide if he's a tank or a marksman. He can't be both.
Every time i played against or with an 
, He got fed. That's so busted.
If he does damage, He can't be as tanky as that.
and if he's tanky he can't do as much damage, Make up your damned mind.
I'd also like to know if there's a way to counter him currently because his teamfights are dumb.

He's a juggernaut. Do you think Darius doesn't deal damage?
Ban him. Simple. If banning him isn't an option, play safe so he can't be fed off of you.
Well.. Riot makes stupid things like "If you buy Hp you will scale with that making your abilities do more dmg..." just like with 
In my opinion if champ buys full tank items, they should do minor dmg... Not dmg equal to mage... Or almost equal to adc... and be tanky unkillable...
Why Mage cant build tank and do ton of dmg?
Urgot's a juggernaut, not a tank... They said this in his champ spotlight video: "While Urgot may be beefy, he is NOT a tank."
