I just bought a champion. And he's just, not there.
So i just bought 
. but When i got into a game And wanted to pick him. He just wasn't there. Like i never bought him.
The amount of BE i had went down accordingly.
But he's just not there.

It happened to me too. Recently I bought Shen and didn't get him.
I guess scurvy took over. When testing him in weekly rotation did you forget to citrus up? [sg-ezreal]
Sending a ticket to Riot support is an easy first step. If something went wrong during the transaction, they can fix it, and awareness about the bug will be raised to the right people as well.

yep same i think that riot has just some issues and i think that in next patch or a small update or... in a few days it will be fixed and hopefuly we will get the champions and skins that we bought back
I sell 5 champs in loot and bought jax and trynda and rammus and they are not in my collection and in pick but my be is gone.....
Look at purchase history it shows champions, if it's not there open a support ticket, otherwise just refund it
This appears to be a big bug that just sprang up. Submit a support ticket, and have one of the reps assist you.
