Orange essence.
Can we Revert the changes to Orange essence please? I was so excited to get the skin shards but now i just feel like i'm not gonna have enough orange essence feelsbadman

Funny thing is that the argument for ners was we get more stuff from events. You can get like one or two skin shards from PROJECT. Doesn't sound so much you could justify such decrease in price. Riot turned so many system into irrelevant joke this Season.
skins shards seem to be worthless if your trying to convert them into essence. an epic skin shard is only worth 270 essence. what a joke.
I agree. Why should the rate of the skins change? Riot said that we would be getting more skins and this is to compensate for that, but lately I've been getting no extra skins then from before.
I got a legendary skin shard today and disenchanted it. Just to find out that disenchanting a legendary doesn't even give enough orange essence for me to make a 975 RP skin shard permanent.... Feelsbadman.
Changes in the OE disenchant values really make the option to purchase chests have a lot less return for RP spent.

I always loved buying chests because I enjoy a good gamble, and I got some nice skins out of it that I normally wouldn't have bothered buying. Pretty disappointed with how much the value has dropped =/
In the old days, you could go years without getting a free anything. Maybe some icons. I'm sad to see the more generous system replaced, but I am not surprised they changed it. I must have got at least a dozen skins just from opening chests so far. In most cases terrible skins, but when you're used to Riot Girl Tristana and Unchained Alistar, you take what you can get.
