in my experience he is really good in lane and really awful outside of lane

he is way more relient on setup than before you can no longer dictate the game on your own if you get ahead and that imo killed the champion

Them removing perma-ult on him killed him prior to the rework. He needed a rework at that point.

Nothing would have saved the old Swain's point and click gameplay.

im talking about 3 patches ago swain not pre vgu swain

his winrate is regaining upto the old win rate but that doesn't mean he is a better or a healthier champion

i hate how his Q feels now when fighting champions other than that i feel like he is just a weaker champion with way more sustain in a time where riot gave some champions insane healing reduction

feels same as aatrox man

Agreed and to add to that I think what puts him so far behind is the cd on his ult as in order to do almost anything you need it. Don't get me wrong it's good but I don't know that it's 2min cd good especially at the beginning when it can do a max of like 300 damage.

I was asking a while ago some people that were making new swain work and as far as i've seen luden rush into 40% cdr from runes and getting the ultimate cd rune from domination and you can practically spam it

full damage and best success you can have is bot lane with a cc bot
