Can we get a level locked upgrade for the normal vision ward?

Can we get an upgrade for it? Like level 9 or later unlock it to place 2 wards at a time instead of just one? That way its not as good as a sightstone not making that item invaluable but its better than the dark ages when everyone's one ward is on cd and there are no item slots left for pink wards

Ward slot should just have a series of upgrades you can purchase that stack. Everyone starts with the yellow trinket as is. Then spend 250-1000 gold per upgrade:

Sightstone upgrade: 3 charges that refill when returning to base. 1 charge is additionally returned every 2.5 minutes.
Sweeper upgrade: works as the sweeper does now
Pink ward charges: 1 pink ward given every time you return to base. No charges returned unless you return to base.
Clairvoyance: works as blue trinket does now. 1 charge every 2.5 minutes or return to base, but if sightstone is also purchased, consumes charges from the sightstone pool.

This is how the current season work, you dont get to have a comfortable access to Vision wards like you do with regular vision and only are provided indirect measures to prepare for stealth gank, like item 3363 item 3364 . Vision wards are a great counter to any champ using stealth and making it more accessible will require touch on stealthed champions too. Just wait for the upcoming season and the stealth rework and, who knows, something similar to what you suggest might be introduced.
