Can someone please clarify for me if your end of season rewards are based on your ending rank or highest rank achieved?

You will get Rewards for your Ranks at the END of the Season. For example, if you once were Silver in 3v3 and 5v5 Flex Queue and Platin in SoloQ, but you drop til the end of Season on November 8 back to Gold, you will get Gold Rewards.
