If you let her, as a Poppy, get all 4 procs of her ultimate, then that sounds like a you problem and not a she problem. Did you just stand there? Getting all 4 procs is pretty dang hard, especially against a champion that can stop your only efficient way of procing them.

Skill isn't an excuse for being broken, and you assume she got all 4 procs like you were the one playing against her. She actually only got 3 procs, and I was moving for all but one of them.

If you look at the image you can see that my W is on cooldown, it only last 2.5 seconds, its not an extreme counter to hypermobile champions like Fiora.

I used it to focus Diana, she was the biggest threat, after that Fiora wasn't in a good position to use it on.

No you said W, but your E could have stunned her in place if she hit a wall. It's a targeted ability so it can't miss.

Not saying my team deserved to win, because we didn't, the other team was better especially the Diana. I'm just saying that Fiora or any champion shouldn't be able to that kind of damage to a full tank with 3 fucking basic attacks.

Her true damage is based off YOUR max health. The more you have, the more damage she deals. Each Vital hit deals 3% (+ 2.8% - 4.5% (based on level)% per 100 Bonus AD) of target's maximum health bonus true damage. You had a LOT of health.

LITERALLY all you did was explain her ability. Anyone can explain what any champions ability does, that doesn't make it balanced.

WELL I GUESS EVERY CHAMPION IS BALANCED BECAUSE THEIR ABILITIES CAN BE EXPLAINED. You sir are amazing, Riot should hire you on the balance team.

So WHY did you let her get all her Vital hits on you then? Or use your ult to get rid of her? Positioning is very important against Fiora.

I didn't, I already said she only got 3. I had used my ult to try and stop them from taking baron. Its difficult to out position someone with spammable mobility.
