For the love of god why would anyone think Sona needs a buff? She is hands down the easiest support champion to play by like a factor of 1000.

Sona/Nami main. I agree, she doesn't need a buff, she's fine where she's at.
I don't know what you could buff without making her broken. Her early game poke is oppressive, and she has very good sustain. Her ult is just as bad as Annie's. Her only drawback is being squishy.
Well for starters it's not about buffing her, it's about making her more viable If she was more mechanically challenging there would be room to make her more viable without being a force of "oppression"
This is what we hoped with her rework but in fact it made her build paths extremely narrow and made her one of the most if not the most counter able champions in the game
Make her Q like Rumbles harpoons with diminishing returns when cast on the same champion Make her W mean something instead of "i spam this when peoples hp isnt 100%" Make her E do...something...anything Give her some actual base stats

Keep using your face like that you will be virgin for life kid. Easy to play =/= strong, you failed to point out why she doesn't need a buff.

I do not think she should be given a straight up buff, but more of a power shift. Adjust it such that there's a greater difference between a badly played Sona and a well played one. This issue was very obvious during DJ Sona's initial release period. Her pick rate went way up, but her win rate did not drop at all. This shows how simple she is to master. It's very discouraging to claim to be a Sona main and yet be unable to differentiate yourself from first time players due to how close her skill floor and ceiling are.
She really doesn't need one, and I don't know why people think she does... consistently high winrate from between 52-54% at ALL ranks for the longest time... She is dirt easly to play as long as you have good positioning, extremely powerful lane phase and teamfight kit. So she's kinda squishy, SHE NEEDS TO BE.
Plus if you have a problem with it build RoA after sightstone and your second tier gold item. Catalyst gives her mana and personal health back in lane, and it transitions really well.

She has one poke, not enough to roll face. She has one heal, not enough to roll your face against every button. She has one AOE stun, and a slow with calculated passive. That's it.
She is like a bad version of Nami atm to be honest.
She is an easy champ, but not too easy.
