Zilean is less impactful than a cannon minion.

All right--that may be a tiny but of an overstatement, but seriously: the new Zilean is absolute and complete total garbage. I just played an ARAM with him (a place he used to be really annoying in, since his q's are aoe and both teams are in a small corridor) but I was unable to land 80% of my q's on anybody.

Why? Mainly because the time it takes to throw the bomb down combined with it's not-so-long range makes it ridiculously easy to dodge. As in, his main source of damage might as well not exist at all in many, if not most, situations. Imagine if Ziggs's bomb traveled at half the speed it does, with half the range on it, and you might have Zilean's bomb.

Riot... why did you have to ruin my favorite support. :( If you completely ruin a champ, it's kind of your job to fix him.
