...that I see an Evelynn jungle in practically every other game?

I mean, I understand Evelynn in lower elos as being super strong because nobody wards. And I know people in Plat still aren't good, but really. I hate seeing Evelynn more than I hate seeing Riven and Leblanc combined, because it seems that people in this elo still can't stop feeding her—plus she's annoying beyond measure. As an example, see the last match in my history. So painful (I also did pretty badly).

What are your thoughts on Evelynn?

Reason being is that so many people have NOT dealt with eve every single match. If you see a grag or sej, you'd know what to do and what are their weaknesses and etc because of how popular they recently got. Eve must've been popular in the past and sat on the bench for too long. Now when someone picks her up, suddenly people forgot her play style and etc. If Eve got D biggest buff e.g. if she q u then u get stunned for 5 seconds, then you see her every single match then you would have some way to deal with her. Remember that buff isn't the exact thing but if she get a buff enough to make her broken like Sej with prenerf cinderhulk, and you see her every match, then by now we would have a way to work around her. Thats my 2 cents

The thing with eve,

She doesnt really do damage early

she has no CC

All she has going for her is her stealth, so she can show up and... I guess apply red buff to everyone in sight...

Her kit is disjointed as all hell. She is an assasin whose ultimate is incapable of killing champions, a mage with an attack speed steroid, a melee adc with a magic damage spamming spell, and a tank who cant build cinderhulk.

Ban her, end of story; if you see Eve, dodge, you will still lose LP, but at least won't waste time

If i buy item 2044 (wards her camps) item 2043 how can i buy damages ? /sarcasm Also, i'm pretty sure that people can only play safe in very high elo :D (diamond3 +)
