Why doesn't anyone build Mortal Reminder on him? he can get even more penetration with it and it stacks with his bleed lasting for 10 seconds if he Q's 3+ in a team-fight this will give the team a huge edge in the fight because they can finish off the ADC or Obnoxious Sustain tanks because their healing will be reduced drastically

Well. It's pretty much good item for him but it gives fucking bonus armor penetration and also enemy team doesn't always have that much heal to make this purchase worth. Sometimes I take it tho
