Put the clues together and it's obvious the guy drophacked his opponent in order to win. He's boasting over some form of accomplishment, but it's not coming from in-game performance as you said, so chances are his accomplishment came from external non-game related factor.
There's no solid proof, but think of it this way. If you see graffiti drawn on your locker at school and someone is pointing at your nose while laughing hard, isn't it obvious who the culprit is?
