Additional extra rune that give either 1 ap or 1 ad to your champion to trigger adaptability.

I wanted to start with some AD on rakan, ends up there is no way i can do that. Can we have an extra third rune path that allow us to get small amounts of stats? Like 1 ad so my adaptability goes to the side i want? Thanks.
