Few Balance Issues with Sterak's Gage and Thunderlords...

Steraks Gage is a good item in my opinion, but it has a fair share of problems. For one, if you take a ton of damage, but not enough to prock the shield and Size gain, you take all that damage and have to tank another 14-1500 damage to prock the shield. Can we fix this by instead of doing health by level, but current health instead? Or just increase the time it takes before you have to retank the damage?

Thunderlords is getting a lot of requests for nerfs, I for one would like to see some, but my main problem is champs like Lulu and Bard, who only need to use 2 auto attacks to proc Thunderlords. Apparently Pix and Meeps count as spells? Its a pain in the ass, especially if you are solo laning against one of these guys.
