Rainbow Zac (Ultimate Skin)

I think Zac needs the next ultimate skin. Basicly he's like a rainbow. When he uses Elastic Slingshot, the colors like stream across his body. His blobs can can turn from blue to red, his passive can switch colors. Once he gets a kill it does the same thing like his E, but if he gets KS'd or dies it grays out. It can also use the DJ sona mechanic to switch between different color schemes. Neon, Rainbow ect..
