I went into a 1v1 against Kindred with both summoners and no stacks of Q, Kindred had nothing on them either, we both were full health and somehow the 1 kill 2 deaths Kindred outdamaged a Yasuo with 5 kills and 0 Deaths (1 after Kindred killed me).

A lot of times I see people think "Oh gee I have 5 kills and he has 1 but he beat me so easily" and when I watch the replay it is 100% because the person with 5 kills just has shit mechanics and got their kills off people that have shittier mechanics, or because they were able to grab some kills off their team mates.
So like the other person said, probably because the Yasuo was not very good.

MLDzXnRRR2 votesHaving kills doesn't make you tanky. Anyone that can sit on kindred will kill her, squishies will get murdered by her pretty fast. I doubt that you were any tanky with Yasuo.
mærk1 votesLooking at that game you mentioned, the Kindred is a Platinum 5 player. They probably didn't do so hot early on and eventually started snowballing after that kill they had on you. Probably outplayed you where you couldn't deal as much damage as you'd like to them during the 1v1.
If I were in your shoes, I'd buy items to counter Kindred only as Kindred's team doesn't exist no more. Once you beat the Kindred off a 1v1, you can hard carry the rest of your team by fighting a 5v4 without Kindred being there.
Also it looks like your MMR for your account is higher than Silver so you are playing with unranked players who are premade with someone higher ranked.
Alex h87211 votesKindred gets a free crit w/ E, extra duel damage from W and extra burst and escape dash from q, so earlygame unless yas uses his windwall super well AND sticks to kindred and hits his q's he's gonna lose.
crippler381 votesHer ult makes it so that once she gets low she can delay the fight long enough to turn the tide against a squishy attempting to duel her. If Yasuo missed his Tornado or a few Qs that'd also gimp him.
