At least it not pre rework Poppy, now that shit was OP. Her W only does dmg if you try to dash in or out of her W range, E you have to stand next to a wall which is easily countered. Q has a super tiny range even if it is aoe. Poppy has plenty of counter play, and is not broken, maybe her Q could use some tiny dmg nerfs but overall she is in a pretty healthy spot currently
