@Riot: Thanks for Bard's continuous buffs

Bard has experienced a very rough time when he was released and is still probably having much more difficulties to win games than he should, but I wanted to say thank you to Riot for aknowledging his problems and fixing them little by little. Since release, his base damage has increased, Q damage and reliability has been improved and his passive (Chimes) now give better mana sustain.

Keep up the good work! :)

Actually, they re taking the lazy and arrogant way. The (biggest) problem isnt Bard's numbers, its his kit design. Its flawed and too full of braindead counterplay, downsides and conditions. It has a lot of potential, but it ends up as that, potential Bard can only achieve in a vacuum where he can poke without reliation, mobility doesnt exist and team communication is perfect.

I still think there needs to be a penalty to enemies for stepping on your shrines. It's really insulting for an enemy to walk past your turret and just step on them when they have minions.

I feel like they really missed some nice opportunities with the way they decided to incorporate the Meeps in his kit.

They should have made them augment his abilities instead of his autos.

His biggest weakness currently, is combat relevance. Because he only has one actual combat ability.

His W isn't apliccable in fights, because it charges so slowly, and the uncharged heal is almost worthless for the actual health gain.

His E can be applicable, but would be so much more interesting an ability if it was a knockback which would send anyone caught up in it (could even have friendly fire 0.o) through the portal. Or heck, even if you could be knocked into a portal with knockback effects (like Vayne's Condemn).

I don't know if it's true or not, but I heard he's a highly contested pick/ban in China/Korea. Maybe they figured out a great way to utilize him to his full potential? :o But yeah I still have yet to try him out after his buffs. He's really fun and unique. :]
