When is Riot gonna revert the fucking ridiculous blob nerf on Zac?

Alright, let me start by saying that at my peak (a couple of weeks ago) I was Diamond 1 (currently Diamond 2). I made it all the way up to this elo by playing Zac top and mid. That's it, just Zac top and mid. I know a lot of people stopped playing Zac top around the end of Season 3 when this nerf happened. It is funny however that I climbed from Silver 1 to Diamond after the nerf by mainly playing Zac top and mid (and occasionally jungle and support). I don't consider it a nerf at all. For me it is a tool I use to bait my opponent into taking more damage. If my opponent goes to stomp the blob that falls into a "competitive" position, I can hit them with another ability and generate another blob. When opponents tunnel vision on my blobs, it just gives me more opportunities to safely harass them. If they don't, then I get to heal. Either way, I win. Zac never fell out of viability, he just needs a different mindset to succeed with him.
