NO Penalty When dodging

This season has been even worse for trolls...whether they be Smurfs, feeders, or ELO boosters. Enuff is enuff Riot. Please take away the LP loss, and time penalty when people dodge. How is it fair if you get a known troll that because you do not want to be at the wim of a troll whether your team gains LP or loses it. I've had some matches where the troll who is a smurf will bully people by controlling them to do what they want in order for the team to win. I don't want to have to beg some smurf to "carry" me...or plead with them not to feed because for some sadist reason they want to keep people locked into low ranks. PLease remove dodge penalties RIOT.

Dodge penalties are really just a lesser of two evils solution. Without the penalties it would take forever to get a game started. Even with the current penalties its not uncommon to see several dodges in a row because of things like people not getting their lane or other people picking champions that are considered weaker.

ill be a lil honest here..... im not lv 30 yet, and i dont have enough champs i think to play ranked yet... but if there was no penalty for dodging, then that means that it is not against the rules, that riot condones dodging....

i would probably dodge all the time if i didnt get the position i wanted, if i had a bad feeling about the grp, the team, the comp, the chat, the lack of chat.... why not?

no penalty, not against the rules....

if even a small percent of the LoL population thought this way, lets say the same small percent that we are told is toxic, i believe it would create an unmaintainable situation
