Matchmaking System in Ranked

So I developed my own system to climb my way out of ELO HELL, but I thought I was getting higher ranked players like myself....NOPE. I'm still getting matched up with Bronze 5 players ...wtf Riot???? My last team I literally had to hold their hand in order to get us the win. Telling them to ward and when to do dragon/baron etc. I shouldn't be paired with the lowest ELO players when I worked so hard to get myself out of there. Not to mention if these people want to play ranked they should know this stuff already.

I wish it was as simple as telling people where to ward and when to dragon; that is if anyone actually listened. Most games I play in are won or lost early during laning. Even when a game goes a really long time it is just me as a back line player delaying the inevitable, or hopelessly leading as frontliner.

Those are just a few of many examples. And I am an anti-troll as I try pretty good ever game bc it is more fun that way. All in all, if you know you are a good teammate and are helping more than hurting... don't worry about it. Ranking reflects more than just your knowledge/ability. I regularly do well against the occasional gold and plenty of silvers in normal games but am perma b5. The main bad thing about lower ranks is players snowball their lanes a lot. But yeah, like you, I do what I can.

Looking at your match history you are getting matched with players of your skill level and that is Bronze 5.

You take clarity smite when jungling. You take heal teleport as a laner. You take clarity exhaust as support.
