Every annie game i find my adc getting flash tibbered on. Even when i play darius i melt instantly being the front line because the stun. idk banshees doesnt work when ghosties procs it.
I just dont see the skill or counterplay involved with annie players.

Unless you get Ganked, Annie can no longer 100-0 you within 9 levels. Meanwhile, you have the same chance to kill her within 9 levels if you get a good Gank against her.
When farming... lob your skill shots/poke at her when you expect she will be using her refunded Q to last hit (she'll be poked out of lane unless she stops farming with Q, which means CS loss). If she doesn't use Q to last hit, then try to trade against her pre-6 (she has poor kill and trade potential pre-6). Her mana pool will burn up REALLY fast (this works well if you are playing a mana-less mage with lots of sustain like Vlad).
They've also added the Stun Counter so obviously, when the stun counter is down and when the minion positioning allows for it, attack her and trade with her when it is down.
That's how you win or survive in the lane. Its honestly very easy, you just get a bit of MR. With the new Tibbers, make sure you step back as soon as the Stun is off is she goes Flash + R + everything. Run back to the tower and wait for Tibbers to die.
