Can URF trash champ be nerfed in some way?

Why do you think i call her trash? flash for nothing, damage for nothing, spams QWEQWEQWEQWEQWEQWEEQWQEW for nothing and gains a shield for nothing. why dont you even rename summoners rift into URF when she is there to fuck against us?
how about give her some resource management. you know something that makes this champ function by using half of the player brain instead 4 brain cells.
