I mean you're right but they are deplatformed everywhere and anyone that entertains their viewpoints even for discussion is shunned. Like just for talking to some of these people someone like Joe Rogan is considered alt-right by the mainstream and any politician who talked to him would basically get hammered with accusations.

But honestly groups like the ACLU defending the freedom of speech of people who promote literal hate speech does show that these values still exist in our country. But even then its not perfect. After the Charlottesville incident they ended up backing down on their stance of defending the protestor's rights. And if there's no one in defense of these people, its not long until free speech is completely vulnerable to anything that can be compare to hate speech.

But no idea why you're downvoted here. Maybe because you use the phrase "won't be censored" when deplatforming is almost the same thing? Its a blurry line given how places that should be considered public online are actively removing people based on accusations alone. There's an argument that it is censorship when your private company is so big that it controls the majority of speech online and you aggressively remove people.

Fair point, I more so mean that you can say it in general and it won't be removed, you will lose all credibility and respect from the population, but it won't be just removed, hidden, or you won't be detained for it (most of the time), unlike with China.

Please help me understand the meaning, because the Japanese word refers to governing yourself or doing what you please. It's the absence of enforced action, so to speak.

But if people abroad have the freedom to... not be spoken of a certain way, I suppose? It makes me wonder if I understand the meaning of the word accurately. When compared to the Japanese translation, this seems to imply something different. I always understood "freedom" to be the absence of enforced action. For example, one is free to eat as much food as he can afford, instead of having food rationed.

Sorry, but can someone explain the actual meaning to me? I would be grateful! None of my English-speaking friends seem to have a clear answer, but all of them say my understanding of the Japanese word it translates to is accurate, so I would like an outside perspective.

They did but people here don't take those movies as canon, they say it's not from riot even with riot's logo on it, they say it's not riot's logo.

That's not the point though, I'm talking about the voiceline, as people take voiceline as canon, not much people watch videos. Also, my point is, not even much poeple know varus's story, it's combined into 1 person, so there is not actual gay interaction, neeko does. That's the proof they favor lesbian more.

The lesbian champion has voice line and is well known by more people than the gay champion, that is one thing , another thing is, the gay champion has no voice line and in fact it's combined into one champion, instead of actual 2 gay champions, so it's not hard to see they do favor lesbian more than gay. I mean, if you like lesbian more than gay then don't talk about human rights, since it's all about your cold blooded bussiness. Also, the players like lesbian more than gay should not talk about human rights too, that's ironic.
