Kindred's Wolf frenzy is misleading

This is just another case of awful design (im assuming or maybe a bug?) since the area that wolf "claims" is smaller then what he is able to attack.

The circle is there for a reason then why is it that if I step close to the edge of a circle he can still attack me? Riot claims for clarity but again this is another one that has misleading information

The spell isn't misleading, the champions hitbox is. Even if it seems like the champion hasn't set foot into the circle, the invisible hitbox may be overlapping and Wolf can hit you. A champion's hitbox is always a bit larger than the model, hence why you don't see a Nidalee spear fly right by your champion's thigh. A good rule of thumb is just not to be near the circle. If you're champion is just BARELY outside of the circle, it's safe to assume the hitbox is not.

I would agree but knowing the champion hitbox is outside the circle and its still possible to be hit by the spell is a bit rediculous

Well you don't know, only speculate. Even if most of the hitbox is outside the circle, if a slight part touches it, Wolf gets you.

pictures to show he can? i'm guessing you're misjudging hitboxes

It is hard to misjudge hitboxes when the circle is literally carved into the ground for you to see, and you stand outside the area and it still hits you

The problem is (if you follow patch notes) some skills are from center of model to center of model. Some are to edge of model. etc

EDIT: No pics then? I'll take your word for it then.

No friend online to get a pic on it, but i mean its really not hard to replicate at all. As for model skills, wolf completely has left the circle a couple times for me. While never enough to kill me its frustrating

In general, sizes give leniency towards the user, not the opposing player (Jhin is the most obvious case). The indicator is there to warn you to stay away, not to skirt on the edge forever. Its far more frustrating to have an area that seems smaller for the user than one that seems slightly larger to the opponent. In the first case, the user feels cheated from a kill or damage that they by all rights should have gotten; in the latter the opponent was warned in the first place and didnt err on the side of caution (and if there was no opportunity to get that little further away, then they were simply outplayed regardless).
