Please stop whining about Vayne nerfs. Everyhing on PBE can be removed and it can be put there for testing to see how players will react. So they saw your posts about it being too op and removed it in todays update. About star guardian skins they wont listen to a few posts with 200 upvotes. The skins are good and just because some champions havent got 1 in 2-3 years doesnt mean they wont get it. And honestly? Who would buy Evelyn and Yorick skins?They arent popular even after rework (Yorick) i doubt evelynn will get that much increase in play but i think she would be an interesting assassin.Tbh i'd like to see Dunkmaster Yorick and Illaoi skins [zombie-nunu-hearts]
