Can you increase chances for unowned champion to drop? Im sick of getting low priced champions i already own. I would appreciate increased chances for unowned champions to drop in chests.

They could...but then you might actually get something you want instead of playing slots.
It's the quality we expect from such a small and upcoming company as Riot. When a company starts out, you have to be willing to work with them in their early days so that one day they can become what they aspire to be.

I think I'd like more chances for shards I already have because I want to use them to craft my M6 and M7 on champions.
