No Pool Party and Project skins this year?
What happened to them?Did riot talk about them?If they did comment so i can see.

We're combining the skins into PROJECT: POOL PARTY. Please stand by.
They're probably taking a short break with them. I'm guessing we'll see them next year hopefully.
No project skins is no loss. Pool party can be hit or miss.
Maybe they just figure that each had too many and decided to expand upon sets that didn't have as many skins or start new ones altogether. Just my personal theory ;)
Well they have done no Pool Party skins for a year before, sometimes you need to take a break from a skin line so it doesn't get stale. Granted this year we did have Pool Party Chromas which basically was our pool party content for this year. PROJECT could still possibly happen but like I said they might be taking a break this year for PROJECT
