Should Titanic Hydra receive a small buff

It is not being built much due to the massive AD nerf it received earlier this season. I think it should be buffed slightly +50 HP or +5 AD to help it be built more often but not abused.

This is how Riot is. They nerf a whole item because one champ was abusing it.

they over nerfed it. don't get me wrong nerfed the ad is the way to go. but they needed to make the hp on hit to bonus hp and increase it but you know its not like CLASS SPECIFIC items should be most useful on THAT CLASS. but no they have to be as useful on any champion which is why its weak on everyone as it would be too strong on some or too weak with their stupid way of balancing items
