WW Q/W Buggy

It seems WW Q doesn't consistently do damage or heal when you use it to go across someone, nevertheless actually TAKE you to the opposite side, and on top of that his W refuses to work most of the time when you activate it AND when you passively use it it jitters between being on and off half the time... at least old WW wasn't buggy _
