I thought I knew who you were talking about ( Camille ) but that crit part is really bugging me...is it Xin? Because if it's Xin you should know that his brainless play style is his main weakness. Also his crits don't deal even close to full crit damage, or even Yasuo crit damage.

yes xin zhao is op, we all knew that, nobody really plays him though so its fine
