Matchmaking...

Okay, so why is matchmaking so bad in this game. Okay, let me say it like this, matchmaking pairs 5 people who are under level 20 and all have less than 30 wins each against a level 30 with 621 wins... that is just utterly disappointing. He carried the whole enemy team obviously and utterly destroyed in lane, and when it came to team fighting it took at least 4 people to take him down. I feel that matchmaking should have a time limited thing for players along with a complete level restriction such as No pairing level 1 - 15 players with anything above and level 16 - 25 with anyone above while the rest is free range. Also, I think that the option of making a sub-account or a Alternative account just to make people who want to make a new account but don't really want to play with actual beginners don't get matched with them, now I do not mean like linking your account I just mean an account option when you make an account similar to the check-box to accept the Terms of Service thing.
