Bronze and the absurd problem.

I am in Silver II, so I am truly not that good at the game, but when I join ANY of my friends in Bronze we always have one person who feeds so hard and overall just doesn't help the team in any way... normally there is more then one person feeding and it leads up to me and my friend trying to carry the game but we get run over because a LeBlanc was fed 5 kills be 15 min into the game. In addition to being filled with people who are just feeding there are normally many Smurfs in Bronze... like, every other game has at least one Smurf who is prob Plat or higher. The reason that I am complaining about this on the LoL boards is because this a just absurd and needs to have something done about it, at least for the Smurfs part. Maybe even put a warning up for players that just hit 30 to NOT play Ranked until the get some more experience. Smurfs... please, just make it where you need more champs to play this mode so someone needs to commit to even smurf, then add in a report option to have these accounts removed.
