damage is fine . equal to every other toplaner out there . a bit less than c tanks but hey they are fricken c tanks. and know what scratch that ive seen naut tops outrading rivens all the time

rivens damage is fine

whats not fine is rivens "valor" ability , which the definition of valor is valiantly charging into combat , you would think is about going in, is mainly used by rivens to run away . making her escape ability pretty damn stupid

heres how to change rivens valor to make riven healthier for the game

shield is the same
cooldown is the same
no longer is a dash (cant run away with it)
instead gives +40 movement towards champions . like vayne

and there ya go riven is now fine

fk you and all u riven mains, at first i didnt understand why people hate Riven so much until i faced a gold 5 riven that consitently killed me under my fkn turret over and over, if theres no counterplay to this fkn champ axe her to death she's cancer to league

With champions so hyper aggressive due to their insane offensive power, i firmly believe that the way to nerf them is to take away their defensive capabilities Shield scaling needs to go waaaay down Q needs to be put on double cooldown if it does not make contact with a champion Just a general base stats nerf too

lol. rivens damage is fine.

riven's damage has been nuts for awhile now. I don't think she needs a nerf hammer, but let's not pretend in the right hands that her damage isn't absolutely ridiculous. that she can 100 to zero during 0.75 second stun is scary.

riot is going to leave the animation cancelling as they should as it is key to separating good and bad rivens, but she needs a damage nerf somewhere. the shield is strong, but it has a pretty short duration. the problem is just her damage is straight up too high. nerf the damage ratios a bit and she will still be strong, but not oppressive.

she is literally one of those picks that if someone picks it, you kinda have to play defensively unless you are an equal lane bully like renekton. i mean in most riven matchups no matter who i am i run armor based rune page, start cloth 5 and try to just survive the early levels and hope I can get her to waste her ult at 6.

she is definitley not "op" in that she is super beatable, but her damage is just overtuned. tone it down slightly and she is in a good place imo
