Teemo's poison should stack

[S7] Teemo Top - Champion Analytics (Item Build, Skill Order, Summoner Spell, Runes, Masteries) - League of Legends

Because as annoying as Teemo is to lane against, he's damn weak right now. I'm sick and tired of people claiming Teemo's op when they don't buy red sweeper or vision wards. Just buff him already Rito. How this would work: Every time he aa's someone, his poison debuff stacks instead of refreshing with a max stacks of five or something. The max stacks go up as you level up his e, so late game you can deal more damage. For compensation, bring his poison damage down, so he has an actual presence lategame as an anti-ADC AP carry.

Yeah hes so weak that half his matchups he has a 55-60% winrate vs. Man hes sooooo weak. No. Teemo is an anti-fun champion. They need to either rework him or just nerf him to the ground so noone plays like at all. Like Azir.

His poison and his Q blind are the problems. not his stealth or his shrooms. Noone enjoys laning against him. Its the dumbest lane ever when there is a teemo.

Teemo's AP scaling needs to be removed. Then he won't be that bad.

then they'll just be replaced with AD scalings and then he will just build lifesteal and crit and AS and be even more annoying to deal with

His blind needs removed. His early damage needs toned down by about 10-15%. And his stupid shrooms need the slow REMOVED and the AP scaling down AND reduce the time they stay active and how many he can have out at once. Hes just a pure annoyance in this game. There is a reason people use disease names and SATAN to refer to teemo. NOONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH IT. Why have something in a game that is that annoying?

Teemo is weak now AP. But straight AD is worthless as well. So you have to mix and match his items to make him viable. New Rageblade works well on him as does Gunblade. Still need Nasherstooth though.
