THIS is What Makes me Question the Validity of the Ranking System
Some games are unlucky. FIVE games in a row? Not to mention my 1-17 streak a couple weeks ago.
I don't mind losing LP for losing a game--makes sense. But it irritates me when I go from Gold IV to Gold V (35 LP) due to 5 games that I did decently in. I understand that this is supposed to be a team game, but having a ranked system based entirely on wins or losses makes for some inaccurate results and is probably 90% of what makes me mad about playing this game.
