Champion.gg - Gragas Jungle Stats, Builds, Runes, Masteries and Counters

While i do realize that gragas has to be kept at a somewhat low powerlevel in the context of soloq, his current state seems a bit to much to the extreme on that.

To empazise that, if you look at his plat+ winrate, he is literally the worst jungler and mid winrate wise, at 44.11 and 37.68 % winrate, respectively. (also being the second worst top at 38.92%)

Combine that with his somewhat low playrate, and he just seems... weak to me.

So, is there anything planned to help him, if even just slightly?

We're looking at Gragas at the moment. Given how effective he is in an organized team his solo queue performance is likely to have to remain below average, he's looking noticeably below the point he should be at the moment though. Currently investigating changes for 6.3, with buffs to Q (CD, flat slow duration) and W (not sure of likely direction yet) being considered.

Yes.I agree this guy.Gragas has lowest 2.win rate (after Azir).Gragas needs some buffs.

Yes, we're gonna rework him in a minigame where if you belly bounce on his barrels you get movespeed and your next three autoattacks do true damage based on the HP of you had in your previous game

no gragas is too strong theyll soon remove the vision in q since its a toxic mechanism and already so overpowered undodgeable nuke ability doesnt even have to cook in the ground just think that when they step on the red barrel and instadies and noob gragas says rekt just look at that gragas the most strongest manaless farmer in the game graggy light doesnt stop it must put it to 0% plus his base ad will get reduced cus slapping too hard ah yes his e has so short cd ahaa lets raise it by 2x but wait the broken flash combo yes just remove it and theres some more hes so fucking popular in lcs boring to see him every game season 6 so we have to gut his movespeed that he has to buy righteous glory so he can walk 3 teemos in sec and then his ulti is gamebreaking its a one shotter and too good utility tool easy to aim impossible to dodge but rito have their solution theyll just ad a channel time and lower its range to half now they see something else that w is fucking taking 99% of enemys max hp maybe twist it to 1% plus he must drink 10 sec before finishing and getting the buffs holy shit look at that sick damage reduction now it lasts 0.1 and blocks 0.1% damage hmm gragas passive 4% max hp restore no way brand deals 8% max hp damage must nerf gragas rework passive that gragas uses 4% of max hp to restore 2% lol almost forgot that insane slow in q its practically a root just simply change it to lower enemys attack speed by 1% now rito is quite happy with gragas no they are not see next patch update he wont have any base armor and -100 health since that passive is so op then we also added a double passive that he loses half of his gold when drinking and potions costs 2x more for him than for the others but they are 1% stronger see a freaking gragas buff enjoy

I feel like you can't buff him without him immediately becoming pick or ban in competitive play again. Probably needs a rework honestly.

The problem is that he can't farm properly on lane due to the fact that his Q deals 70% dmg to minions.

Just reduce the W mana costs, revert the dmg nerf on it and and give his Q 90% dmg to minions. That would be my first step before looking into his jungle and lane role.

Well, they are planning to put him on Weight Watchers and a strict exercise routine. Does that help him?

One thing you have to notice is the sample size.

5500- games on jungle 1000- games on mid 1000- games on top

This can lead to extremes. I remember champion.gg showing Kayle as the strongest mid lane champion, when the sample size was 500- games or so. Gragas might be weak right now, but champion.gg isn't great to cite.
