I find it absolutely HILARIOUS how many people are crying about the new servers and their ping!!!! I mean most people are bitching about 60-80 ping, around that area, saying "it's unplayable," "this is unacceptable," "game can't function like this," and shit like that.

Well I got news for you kiddies, MANY of us on the east coast have been playing 90-110 ping for the past few years, and we've done just fine with it. So stop your childish whining, you'll live and your ping is also fine.

did u enjoy ur shit ping before... probably not right.. so why fucking make a post about how ur ping now being lower dosnt mater... because east coast cryed about their ping for a long time... hence the move.. glad for u guys.. still dosnt make it okay to fuck west coast over night man. and if u playing on 90 to 110 ping ur not fine lol u need a a new hobby or your so addicted to this fuckin game that u dont give a shit about fuckin playability and i will give u a box cut out of the game u can mash ur face on ur key board and we can get west coast servers back.

Enjoy it? I never noticed it, it wasn't shit to me and I really didn't think it was that bad, so yeah I guess I still enjoyed the game perfectly fine. And 90-110 isn't that bad kid, stop moaning and crying like a child attempting to get what it wants. Ironic you'd call me a no-lifer when you're the one crying over such a simple issue that most players don't find to be an issue at all.

What a hypocrite, get better before deciding on it's playability, cause if 100 is too much for you then you're obviously just shit at the game.

Get over yourself. Your ping is still lower than what we had to deal with. Anything under 150 ping is DEFINITELY playable. So you can shove those west coast servers up your ass.

Honestly the point of the server change was to keep everyone's ping "lower". If anyone has over 100 the server transfer failed. I played at 110 in Utah and honestly that was unplayable. I moved to WA and my ping went to 20. EVERYTHING in the game went up from my CS score, KDA, win loss after my ping went down. Mine is currently 60 which is totally playable (I get that is still really good) but it is pathetic to think anything over 100 is good for anyone. Personally I think if they got it under 75 that would be perfect. I heard the European servers they play at 45 (Someone from Europe could correct me) but regardless if that is true why does even a small portion of NA players have to a huge amount. So in other words I am saying to east coast players stop acting like jerks because you got what you want and see how it effect the game over all. I am sure you will love the NA players in Plat and higher that will feed all game long and lose you match after match.

Anything over 150 is pushing it, but up until that point it's fine. And based on more people being happy over upset over the server switch I'd say most players had a ping drop, therefore successful overall. Nothing anyone does should be expected to be 100% perfect, that's just unrealistic.

downvoted: heres why: you sound like a self entitled cunt to realize that the west coast is bitching about the ping sure, but they are also pissed off at the fact that AS A COMPANY riot shouldnt fucking say "fuck you" to the entire west coast and raise their ping AT ALL

We west coasters agree we dont think anyone should have 100+ ping

however now we get hit with 100+ ping and you guys get the good ping now. riot fucked us and thats what the bitching is about

downvoted: heres why: you'll be fine, it's not like those of us on the east coast are like "omg this game is finally playable we've been waiting o long for this!" It's more a "oh hey, guess that's nice." You know whyyyyyyy? Cause it's not a big deal, you west coasters will get used to the on average lower then former east coast ping in a very short amount of time and not even notice a difference. So yeah, the crying, moaning, and bitching is pointless and irritating, like a baby who just had milk but wants his chocolate milk so he throws a fit over it, eventually just getting used to the white milk.

I could see 100 ping to 130 ping but 200 + ping is outrageous for someone who had maybe 30 lowest

There may be routing complications. You can do their test and submit your info if they need to work out something with your ISP.

All it does is give you a batch file which runs a trace route to the ORD1 server 192.64.170.15 then save the results in a file for you to submit back to Riot. You can manually run that yourself and just look at where your ping starts to spike. If it starts between you and your ISP it's got nothing to do with Riot, but if it starts after that you may be able to get better routing to improve it.

200+ isn't normal, that's not something that comes with the server switch, contact Riot and figure out what the true issue is, where it lies, and how to fix it.

I find it funny how people on the west coast constantly bitch about " east coast bias ". Well for this game that clearly hasn't been the case until now.
