i need help from talon mains

Want to try him out but havent played an assassin before. any tips on how to play him, build, runes...etc?

I'll give you a quick overview:

Runes: Run Electrocute with Sudden Impact, Eyeball Collection or Zombie Ward, and Relentless Hunter. For your secondary, go into sorcery, take Ultimate Hat and Celerity.

Summoner Spells: summoner 4 summoner 14

Skill Order: W>Q>E

Starting Items: item 1036 item 2003 x3

Core Items: item 3155 (only against AP Mids) item 3147 item 3117 item 3142 item 3071 Later Options: item 3026 item 3156 item 3035 with whatever upgrade makes sense depending on enemy team, item 3074 item 3812 item 3031

Early Game Goals: All in the enemy laner at level 2, you have arguably the strongest level 2 all in of any champion so long as you land both hits of W, Q + summoner 14

Mid Game Goals: Roam for kills, abuse item 3147 procs.

Late Game Goals: Look for picks against squishy champions, other wise stick with your team.

I'm not sure, but it shoukd add to your initial burst ...I've been running a similar build on Kindred
