Not sure why this was even removed. It was a niche mechanic on a few champions and went with his overall champ lore. Not even sure why it was removed, imo it was an integral part of his kit

I mean his E is very useless nowdays, low damage and low utility after they removed pretty much everything that made it relevant. They could even give him back the Attack speed Slow back and i wouldn't mind.
