Used all the time in elos that werent shit, never used below it.

Riot admitted that pro play dictates game balanced, and that Tracker's Knife was removed because it makes early game junglers useless and games boring.

They also said that nerfing it would kill it off in normal play, but unless the nerfs were giving it the support item treatment by locking it behind a ridiculous quest, I really don't see how that could have been the case.

Revive was too OP and it was used by trolls more than anything. CV was too OP because of how much vision you used to be able to achieve.
